These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Knoxletter at knoxletter.com, operated by BusinesSource LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Tennessee limited liability company. By accessing the site, subscribing to the newsletter, or submitting content, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
The Knoxletter is a free weekly email newsletter covering events, businesses, community news, and local deals in the Knoxville, Tennessee area. By subscribing, you consent to receive weekly newsletter emails from hello@knoxletter.com.
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. Upon unsubscription, your email address will be removed from future sends within one business day.
We reserve the right to modify newsletter frequency, content, or format at any time without notice.
Free submissions include yard sale listings and nonprofit event listings. Free submissions are reviewed and published at our sole discretion and may be removed at any time without notice.
Paid submissions include event listings, promotions, and coming soon business announcements at the current rate of $10.00 per week. Payment is processed at the time of submission through Stripe.
By submitting content, you represent that: (a) you are authorized to submit the content; (b) all information provided is accurate, current, and not misleading; and (c) the submission does not infringe any third-party rights.
The current fee for paid event listings, promotions, and coming soon announcements is $10.00 USD per week. Payment is processed at submission through Stripe.
Paid submissions do not auto-renew beyond the selected term. If you wish to continue a listing, you must submit and pay again.
Refund Policy: Paid submission fees are non-refundable once the content has been published in the newsletter or on the site. If your submission has not yet been published, contact us within 48 hours of payment for a full refund.

By submitting content, you grant BusinesSource LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute the content in the newsletter and on this site.
The design, code, and original content of this site and newsletter are the intellectual property of BusinesSource LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, or scrape the site or newsletter content without prior written permission.
We do not independently verify the accuracy of information submitted by third parties. Submissions are published as provided. We are not responsible for errors, outdated information, or misrepresentations in submitted content. Readers use all listing and event information at their own discretion.
The newsletter and site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of linked sites. Outbound links may include UTM tracking parameters for analytics purposes, which do not collect personal data.
This site and newsletter are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Loudon County, Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site or newsletter after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
